Trip to California!

After Clark finished his clerkship this summer, we had a month before he started school, so we visited in California for 2 and a half weeks!  It was our longest trip since we've been married for sure.  Clark's oldest little sister Kelsey got married the first week of August.  We don't have the pictures from the photographer of the whole family, this is just what we got with our camera (not much).  We stayed a week after the wedding and got some alone time thanks to both sets of grandparents!

My handsome boys waiting outside the temple.
Since Henry learned to walk about a month ago, he has been nonstop.  We have to take turns taking him on walks everywhere we go.  The view from the Oakland Temple was amazing this day, I was so jealous cause it was so foggy on our wedding day!
The beautiful bride Kelsey and her adoring new husband Tate.
I'm pretty sure this was the best picture we could get with all the littles...
My and my boys.  Clark was behind the camera, so I guess we'll have to wait for more pictures to see what he looked like that day!
Clarkie and his strawberry lemonade.  For some reason our camera made it look orange, but it was as pink as Clarkie's tie, perfect for the pink wedding.
Henry stealing the groom's seat at the sweetheart table to enjoy some chocolate cake.
Clark and I left the kids at Grandma's house this day and went into the city.  We were going to take a ferry around Angel Island, but they were so expensive.  Then we went to fisherman's wharf, and all the fishing boats have guys yelling about bay cruises for half the price, so we took one!  It was windy and wet but fun to cruise around the bay.
Also not pictured was our "anniversary" date (it's actually this Monday).  We splurged on Ruth's Chris and a movie, and it was worth it!
The kids were a little shy at their great-grandma's house. But they loved riding on her walker!
Future fastest fry-cutter in the store conks out after a delicious burger.
Riding the rides at the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk.
 Dragons too.
Henry insisted on riding a ride so we let him give it a go. The first few laps he looked unsure. Then he smiled for a lap or two. Then, he started to cry hysterically. Pretty good for a one-year-old.
Me and my little big man.
Clark and Henry playing in the water. Henry was not put off by the freezing cold water.
Nana and Granddad relaxing in the sand and watching their grandkids eat sand.
