Summertime

 It's been a hot summer here in the valley, but the Phoenix area makes up for the heat with lots of fun things to do! Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of all the swimming and playing at the splash park we've been doing, I usually have my hands too full.  Thank goodness for the public library too, they have fun story times and activities all summer in addition to all the new books we've discovered.  These pictures loaded out of order for some reason, and it's too late to sit here and fix it, oh well. 

Fourth of July, waiting for the Chandler fireworks.  We had a great fourth with swimming, bbq, naps and fireworks at home too, but I don't have pictures!

Clark has been taking Clarkie out to ride his bike a ton now that he is so good on the big boy bike.  Henry was just posing for the picture, he's not quite ready for the Strider.

Clarkie and I went to a Diamondbacks game together.  We were all supposed to go, but Clark and Henry were sick and stayed home :(.  We still had fun though :)

More from 4th of July.  From the spot where we watched the Chandler fireworks, you could also see Queen Creek, Gilbert, and I think Tempe fireworks too.  The Clarks are watching Gilbert here I think.

And finally, thanks to my cousin Teresa, this fantastic shot of the dust storm rolling in to get us.  This was so weird and cool to see, it was like the end of days outside while it was passing us.
