Philly

A couple weekends ago we took a quick trip to Philadelphia to see the sights.

The Liberty Bell- I didn't realize this bell predated the Declaration of Independence.  It was made in 1753!
Independence Hall in the room where the Declaration and Constitution were both signed
The famous Pat's Steaks- What's a trip to Philly without some delicious cheesesteak? (We also tried Geno's, their competitor across the street, and the vote was unanimous: Pat's was WAY better)
 Ready to dig in
 MMMMmmmmm
When we got there Saturday it was raining, so we decided on an indoor activity.  Philadelphia has a cool children's museum called the Please Touch Museum.  It was geared a little younger than most children's museums, so Clarkie had a ball.
His favorite things are always anything with a steering wheel
Clarkie got to work a real digger, just like the one in his book "Digger Man."
Henry even got in on the action in the spaceship room.
